The sound of Seeking Magic is mallets + chamber orchestra, and the music is about reembracing hope in dark times.
In creating the album, Lalo brought together all of the styles that she's adventured with through the years!
Jazz + lush but minimalist winds like her old album Half Moon, playfulness and percussiveness like in Lalo’s Urban Myth,
intensity like in her album Lalo… all combined with the influence of years of recording on film and licensing music as well as her production chops from working on commercial music and Freckleland tunes!
